This hardware set is what turns a Roman shade into a cordless shade. Lift mechanism modules and a spring tension unit are fitted into the headrail, connected by a drive rod, with the lift cords wound internally. Nothing hangs at the window: the shade is raised and lowered by hand from the bottom rail and stays where you leave it.

Cordless operation is also a compliance question in several of our main markets. In the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, window coverings with accessible cords are subject to safety requirements, and cordless hardware is the practical answer for projects that have to meet them. • Cordless operation, no pull cord – internal lift cords and the spring tension unit replace the hanging cord loop, so the finished shade keeps a clean line at the glass and no cord is left within reach at the window.
• Level lift across the shade width – mechanism modules work together through the drive rod, so the bottom rail rises evenly instead of tilting to one side.
• Matched to your headrail – the modules are produced to suit the headrail profile and length you already use. Send a headrail drawing or a sample and the fit is confirmed before production, so the hardware drops into your existing assembly bench.
• Moulded housings, metal working parts – matte-white engineering-plastic housings with metal cord guides and cross-head fixings; each housing carries a reference marking so repeat orders stay identifiable.
• Spare parts supported – mechanism modules and end caps can be supplied on their own, so a shade can be repaired without replacing the whole mechanism.
• OEM and private label – headrail length, colour, logo, label and packing can be produced to your specification, with buyer-label supply available.
